Start with the Change Readiness Assessment, when the project is in the start-up stage as this will give you a view if you are ready to consider (more) change. You have two options - Change Readiness Assessment and Change Comptetency ADKAR Assessment.
While both should be used from the beginning of the project, when compared with ADKAR, the Readiness Assessment is more of a one-off exercise and more focused on the organisation while the ADKAR should be continuously present/evaluated and is focused on the end users. Therefore, both are recommended.
Use our Change Curve to understand the stages of personal transition and organizational change. It helps you predict how people will react to change, which will empower you to provide the right support for the change.
A good change management plan outlines the approach for change, and should include the Impact Assessment and how the ADKAR model will be utilised.
Checklists are great to navigate complex systems or processes thus ideal for change management. At the end of the day, the purpose of the checklist is to make your work and life easier, not to slow you down.
Our change impact assessment templates will allow for better preparedness and management of the change and hence later cater for the type of change to be implemented in your organization.
Choose from varieties of other adhoc change management templates to control change process. These template included change request, change control form, and more.
